Administrative Assistant
Under the supervision of the associates, the administrative assistant will participate
in one or all stages of project completion and in the smooth running of the office. He/she will work independently or as part of a team. The administrative assistant must show initiative and versatility.
Administration and secretariat
- Customer follow-up, preparation, revision and correction of presentations, reports and other documents.
- Transmission of information and communications to the engineering team.
- Handling telephone calls and e-mails.
- Archiving of company documents and files.
- Preparation and follow-up of engineering bids and service proposals.
- Customer follow-up and management, including modification of bids and contracts.
- Organization and management of management meetings (project follow-up, fee management, etc.).
- Coordination of company events and highlights.
Accounting and finance
- Management and monitoring of bookkeeping and general accounting: data entry, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations.
- Invoice preparation, dispatch and payment follow-up, including reminders for unpaid invoices.
Human resources
- Manage and track employee timesheets.
- Payroll preparation using Employeur D software.
- Management and follow-up of records of employment and tax returns.
- Follow-up of leave requests.
Marketing and communications
- Management of the company website.
- Preparation of visual presentations and communication materials.
Skills required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to work independently while being at ease in a team.
- Discretion and good judgment in handling confidential documents and situations.
- Dynamism, autonomy and organizational skills.
- Thoroughness and ability to provide effective support in a demanding, fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.

Structural engineer
The engineer will participate in one or all stages of the project (preliminary,
execution, supervision). He/she will work independently or as part of a team. The engineer must show initiative and versatility

- Design and layout of buildings

- Proficiency in modeling software (e.g. SAP2000, SAFE), EXCEL and WORD;
- Good knowledge of structural design in wood, steel and concrete;

Structural design technician
Under the supervision of the project engineer, the technician will take part in one or all of the
project stages (preliminary, execution, supervision). He or she will be required to work independently or as part of a team
. The technician-draftsperson will need to show initiative and versatility

- Designs and lays out buildings (wood, steel, concrete, masonry, glass, etc.);
- Prepare sketches according to the designer’s instructions;
- Participate in coordination meetings;
- Carries out site surveys
Skills required
- Experience in the design of wood, steel and concrete structures (an asset);
- Reading and understanding plans;
- Proficiency in drawing and computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or Revit;
- Resourcefulness, autonomy, team spirit and sense of humor;
- Thoroughness, sense of a job well done and good work organization;
- Asset: Bilingual
