Le Royan

The project involved providing structural engineering services for the construction of 1200 De Royan in Laval, an 11-storey building. It included indoor and outdoor parking, a gymnasium, a roof terrace and a common room. The objective was to design a structure optimized to guarantee safety, durability and compliance with standards, while taking into account the specific constraints of the site, thus ensuring the efficiency and durability of the project.
